CHRISTMAS MORNING

On christmas morning we woke up early to drive to grandma and grandpa's house. Logan was
very excited about the wrapped presents and had fun opening them.

DECEMBER 24TH

We spent the 24th at Grandma Airas house with Aunty Chela and Uncle Jonah.

Logan opened his gifts first so he could have our undivided attention.At first he was more interested in eating the wrapping paper than what was inside it.After we took all the paper away he sat and played with his new stuff for a few minutes then he went to bed,exhausted from all the excitement.

We were able to play some games, enjoy our turkey dinner and have a little grown-up time.

It was a wonderful christmas eve.

We now have twice as many toys as we did three days ago!

WE ARE THINKING OF GROWING OUT LOGANS HAIR

Yesterday he got ahold of a felt pen, you cant see much in this pic but he had it on the side of his face both hands and all over his pants. It all happened in only a minute but when we took it away from him he was mad at us for nearly 20.
Just kidding about his hair....ha,ha,ha

PLAY DATE

The boys were so happy to see eachother, we havn't gotten them together in a while.Logan sceamed and flapped his arms and Jacob imitated him by crawling the whole time we were there (he is 17 months and very able to walk)
We brought cookies and exchanged xmas gifts,it was a nice visit.

CHRISTMAS COOKIES

Grandma Aira came over on the weekend to make xmas cookies.
Logan loved the mixer and insisted on being held up to see it every time we turned it on.

A NEW FRIEND?

Logan has found a playmate.He loves to talk ,dance,kiss and play pat-a-cake with his mirror image.sooooo cute!
He started doing pat-a-cake this week, he basically just claps his hands when you sing, and any song will do.

STARTING OUR OWN FAMILY TRADITIONS

While we were at the christmas store on Monday we decided to start a tradition of our own,we are going to buy Logan his own ornament each christmas. This year was a blue ball with a family of snowmen painted on it. I think he liked it,it went straight to his mouth, of course!
We also put up our tree Monday night when we got home, he tried to put it in his mouth as well.

GETTING READY FOR CHRISTMAS

We had a buisy day on Monday, first we had a doctors appointment for Logan to get his second flu shot (he was very brave) then we had Dim Sum with Aunty Chela where he got to show off his favorite toy, yes its a snake. After that we went xmas shopping !

WEARING DADDYS' HAT

He loves his daddys hat.He pulls it down over his eyes and gets really excited if he can actually get it off his head.

AT THE MALL WITH SANTA

We went to the mall with Nicholas and his mommy last week and Santa was there,so the boys had their second chance to tell him what they want for christmas.I was happy to get a much better picture this time.

TOOTH UPDATE

Logans bottom teeth are
coming in beautifully.

CHILDRENS X-MAS PARTY

Logans first encounter with santa
was on Sunday at a childrens christmas
party for Shaylins work. He gave a little
tug on his beard but was fairly unfazed
by the experience.He received a toy
truck which he was very excited about.
